1.Materials Mixing
The first step in the process is to mix the calcium carbonate powder (derived from limestone) and the high-density polyethylene resin. The proportions of these materials can vary depending on the desired properties of the final product.
2.Extrusion

3.Calendering

4.Cooling and Solidification

5.Cutting and Finishing
Once the stone paper sheets have solidified, they are cut to the desired size and shape using cutting machinery. Additional finishing processes, such as embossing or printing, can be performed to enhance the appearance and functionality of the stone paper.
