Principle
To grind the main ingredient of stone, calcium carbonate, into ultrafine particles and then blow shape the paper. Inorganic powder environmental stone paper is mainly made of limestone mineral resources with large reserves and wide distribution (calcium carbonate content is 70~80%), and polymeric polymer as the base material (content is 20~30%), extract the calcium carbonate in the limestone, then grinding ore into high calcium ultrafine powder as particle size 1500-2500mesh, then for the next working procedure, add 85 modified calcium carbonate on 15 additives master batch, finally through extrusion blown film equipment made of paper or bag.
