This week we finished another PVC strip curtain extrusion machine and loaded it for a customer in India.
Before loading, we ran it. Checked the screw, barrel, heating zones, motor, and electricals. After the test run, the team cleaned it, applied rust protection, and fixed it onto the base. Loading took a bit longer because the machine is top-heavy. The forklift moved it in slowly, then the guys blocked the base and strapped it down.
The customer will use this line to make PVC strip curtains for doorways, warehouses, and cold storage.
Now, here's the part I want to be clear about. We don't just sell one machine.
We supply the whole thing - equipment, full production lines, technology, formula, raw materials, and finished products. One-stop.
So if you're starting from zero, we can help you choose the right extrusion line, train your operators, provide a working formula, supply PVC raw material, and even supply finished PVC strip curtains if you need to fill orders before your own line is up and running.
If you already have a line but your formula is off, your raw material cost is too high, or you need spare parts and technical support, we can help with that too.
One machine, one line, or a full turnkey project - same team, same support.
If you want to start a PVC strip curtain line or add capacity, send me your strip width, thickness, and target output. I'll tell you what setup makes sense.
