The first step of Stone Paper Production Line is to collect raw materials, which include limestone powder and a small amount of resin. The limestone powder comes from the quarry and is ground into a fine powder before being transported to the production plant. Resin is added to bind the limestone powder and the resulting mixture is placed on a moving conveyor belt.

The second step is to flatten the mixture to a uniform thickness using rollers. The rollers are calibrated to produce paper of the desired thickness. After the flattening process, the mixture passes through a press to remove excess water. The resulting paper-like material is then dried and cut into the desired size.

Environmentally Friendly:

It does not require the felling of trees, which is required for traditional papermaking. This makes it a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative.

02/

Water-saving:

Unlike traditional papermaking, which requires a lot of water, their production does not require water. This makes it a water-saving alternative to traditional papermaking.

03/

Chemical-free:

His production does not use any chemicals, bleaching agents or other harmful substances. This means that the produced paper is free of toxins and has no negative impact on the environment or human health.

04/

Durability:

Stone paper is strong and durable, making it ideal for producing durable products such as notebooks, envelopes, labels and other paper products.

05/

Low Carbon Footprint:

The production of stone paper has a much lower carbon footprint compared to traditional paper production. This makes it an effective way to reduce carbon emissions and combat climate change.
