The Teflon sheets are made of 100% pure PTFE through various processes such as molding, turning and cutting, etc. It has the best chemical corrosion resistance among known plastics. Without being aging, electric insulativity, and has a very low friction coefficient. It can be used at -180~+260 degrees under no load. It is suitable for flat pad, V-pad, lining and other sealing materials, piston ring, guide rail and other lubricating materials, electrical insulation materials, anti-stick materials, etc.
The Teflon sheet is mainly used as electrical insulation material, lining for contacting corrosive medium, supporting sliding block, sealing parts of track and lubricating material. It is widely used in chemical industry, medicine, dye industry container, storage tank, reactor kettle, large pipeline anticorrosive lining materials; machinery, construction, traffic bridge sliders, rail; anti-stick materials for printing and dyeing, light industry and textile industry.

Moreover, because of the extremely low intermolecular force of fluorocarbon chains, PTFE has property of anti adherence.
7. Non-toxic -- has physiological inertia, as artificial blood vessels and organs implanted in the body for a long time without adverse reactions.
8. It is with atmospheric aging resistance, non combustibility, acid-base resistance, oxidation resistance, acid-base neutral.
